My Arms Hurt

My arms are really sore right now, and I just can’t figure out why. There’s no way I can attempt to even help lift hubby, so helping him get around hasn’t done it. He’s doing fine on his own with his chair as long as I’m there to keep the dog out of the way. The only thing I can think that might have caused it would be helping my friend put together those bunk beds. I honestly didn’t do any heavy lifting, but I mostly held stuff while she screwed everything together. Maybe that’s it, but maybe not. I just really hate when my body hurts and I’m not sure why.
