I read about this on Lisa’s blog, and I knew I just had to do my part to spread the word. You may not have lost a child, but I can almost bet you know someone who has. Some people, like myself, don’t like to talk about the loss because it opens up a wound.
Babies are lost every year through miscarriages, stillbirths, SIDs, and many other reasons. I’m glad to see that a day has been set aside to remember them, and I will definitely be participating.
I’ll be lighting a candle for the chld I lost, and I’ll light one for all the other babies who have been lost. I’ll also light one for the child my best friend lost due to an abusive ex-husband. I ask you to light a candle at 7pm in your time zone to keep the light burning for all these little babies.
