The military needs to deal harshly with such people. As for UPS, I did a post on that and linked to yours. The whole thing is ridiculous. I know that they want to save money but there has to be some type of sense to it, not just a hard and fast rule without exception. Yes, right turns only get you in circles, for sure. I can't even watch it. Just knowing what happened is bad enough! I seriously hope he rots in jail for a loooong time! As for UPS, I kept calling back and talking to different reps until I finally got someone to listen to me. The last time instead of giving my complaint first I started off with "I've tried to find out who to contact about a complaint many times today, and I've decided if someone can't give me contact information I'm going to file a police report, and I will be sending a letter to the AG." That got results! They took down my info and had a regional person call me back w/in 10 minutes. Dude said they saw this as a serious issue that should be dealt with immediately. I have a package that's supposed to deliver tomorrow, so we'll see then. I'm still planning on sending a letter to the AG just to make the situation known.
