Marketing Your Blog With Zookoda
How do you market your blog? Do you concentrate specifically on gaining new readers, or do you take the time to ensure that your current readers will stick around? I’m always looking for ways to offer my content to my current readers. Sure there are rss feeds and email subscriptions, but not all readers always check their feeds.
I admit I’m guilty of ignoring my feed reader more than I should, but when it comes to email subscriptions I’m all over them. I’m more likely to read something that hits my inbox than I am to open my feed reader. If you could create your own newsletter for your blog that could be sent to your readers daily, weekly, or even monthly, would you do it?
That’s the next step I’ll soon be taking with this blog, and I’ll be using a free service called Zookoda to help me do that. Why do I like this idea? Not only is it easy and free to setup a newsletter, but I can provide current content to my readers, include extra content, highlight old content, or anything I want to do that will keep my readers interested.
I can build a subscriber base, use it to promote my blog, and at the same time I can track performance with real time reports. To me, that’s a big benefit. Yes, I if I knew how I could probably do all this own my own without the help of a free service, but why should I? Not only would I have to take the time to learn how, but I’m sure I wouldn’t be able to create anything that looks professional. I’ll let Zookoda help me create professional looking newsletters and forms for my blog while taking advantage of a free service that anyone can use!
How would you use a service like Zookoda to promote your blog or website?
