She Passed

I got the message from my sister-in-law at 7:09 am.
mom just woke me up. ppl from hospice called. gma just passed on
I knew it was going to happen this morning. 15 minutes earlier I was sending Hubby out the door to work and telling him I’d let him know as soon as I heard something. I had a feeling deep in the pit of my stomach that we’d be getting that call any minute. He had just enough time to get out of cell phone range before I got the call. It’ll be another hour before I can tell him, and I’m sure he’ll want to come home.
