		<description>As soon as these get ripe enough I&#39;m going to start picking them and wrapping them in newspaper to soften them.  Feel free to share ALL the recipes you want!  I already told Hubby he&#39;s going to be eating pears w/ every meal come fall.  I don&#39;t want them rotting all over the yard even though I doubt I can avoid it.  I&#39;ve never seen it produce this many!</description>

I absolutely love pears, my kids love them, but they are a bit pricey here.&lt;br&gt;I probably buy about a dozen or so when they go on sale, and within 3 days, we&#39;ve eaten them all.&lt;br&gt;And I have a killer recipe for a pear cake, 1 for a cobbler, I also make pear sauce (like applesauce) that all the kids like to eat, especially my nieces. &lt;br&gt;It&#39;s very yummy.&lt;br&gt;Pureed pears, a bit of sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, and just a wee tiny pinch of ginger. It kicks ass.</description>
