I was recently asked to review a dental mouth guard by Dentek that is made for people who grind their teeth otherwise known as Bruxism.

Hubby has a very bad habit of grinding his teeth, so I was more than willing to let him give this one a try. We wanted to see if it would help with the headaches and soreness he deals with every morning due to the teeth grinding and biting down on his teeth. Please note this product is for teeth grinding, and it is not recommended for use as a mouth guard used for sports. It is also not recommended for use by children. As with any product if you choose to try this product do not use it for anything other than it’s intended use.
