If there’s one thing I wish the medical community would learn it’s that it drives a parent crazy to wait forever to receive their child’s test results. Add the fact that I’m a new parent and those results are for a preemie, and I’ve been going crazy wanting to know what’s going on.
I just got off the phone with the nurse with the MRI results, and I can finally say Elliana is 100% fine. The sacral dimple is closed and there are no abnormalities with her spinal cord! You don’t know how much of a weight has been lifted off my shoulders!
