Today I’ve got a product to share with you guys, and I’m so excited about this one.  I was given the opportunity to try out and review a Gruene steam cleaning system.  I was provided with a steam cleaner to use in my home, so that I can accurately review it’s features for you.

I’ve been interested in steam cleaners since I saw my first infomercial for one a couple years ago, and I’ve been telling Hubby I needed to get one ever since.  I did end up buying a shark steam cleaner, and it died on me after 2 months of use, so I was really happy to get a chance to check out the Gruene.

I am absolutely loving this steam cleaner.  The best part about it is it’s not just a basic steam mop.  The Gruene is an eco-friendly steam cleaning system with both a floor mop and detachable handheld unit.  I love steam cleaners because they allow you to clean and sanitize your home without the use of harsh chemicals because you are only cleaning with water!  That’s a big plus for me since I have a toddler who is into everything and pets in the home.  I’ve eliminated the need for harsh chemicals thus eliminating the chance that my little one will accidentally discover Mommy’s cleaning supplies and harm herself with them. 

I also love the fact that this steam cleaner is different from others because it allows you to use any cleaning cloth you already own instead of only allowing you to purchase special clothes specifically designed for the steam mop itself.  This can cut down on costs because those special mop pads can be expensive.  The steam cleaning system comes with a basic mop pad and a hardwood cleaning pad, but like I said you can use any other clothes you already own, too!
