*Sigh*

Man what a day this has been already, and it’s only 9:45am. I stayed up late last night helping Lisa. She finally got her new computer put together yay! When she went to bed at 3am I tried to as well. I was dead tired, but once I hit the mattress my eyes decided to pop open. I laid there watching TV until 5 thinking it’d be ok because I’d have plenty of time to sleep in this morning.

*Wrong!*

My mom started blowing my phone up at 6am. I was so not even semi conscious then. I never heard the phone ring once, but Hubby got up at 8 to go get breakfast and run his errands. He heard my phone going off every couple minutes and thought my alarm was set. Nope. It was my mom and sister both calling over and over again.

My mom has this dead tree in her front yard. It was sitting just a few feet away from the front porch, so she finally decided it was time to get rid of it. Hubby has offered to cut it I don’t know how many times, but she’s always refused. Well my Grandpa let a logging company harvest some of the trees off a small portion of his land, so they offered to cut the tree for her yesterday. She let them do it, and I’m just happy the tree is gone. It’s dangerous to have it sitting there dead that close to the house.

So she called me last night to tell me about it, but she failed to mention that the logging guys cut it and left it laying in the middle of her yard because it was too small for their needs. Sheesh. So she’s been blowing my phone up all morning wanting Hubby to chop it up and get it out of her yard “before the rain hits”.

That’s her excuse for “come get this ugly thing out of my front yard”, but of course she didn’t feel the need to ask him if he could do it this morning. She’s just been blowing my phone up with messages saying do it. Sorry mom but he’s already got a million things he’s got to do today. Having my sister call to bitch even more isn’t going to get him over there.

Of course I agree with Hubby. He’s like “you know I’d do it for her no problem, but she could at least be nice about it and ask me if I have time to do it this morning. Don’t demand that I do it right now.”

If this was any other Saturday morning he’d be at work right now, but no. He decided not to work today because he has a ton of other stuff he has to take care of this morning.

Somehow though this got him all worked up, and we ended up getting into a fight. I think it was more or less because I wasn’t getting out of bed to answer the phone, so he answered it, and he got bitched at. I’ve had a total of 4 hours sleep. I was dead to the world! He didn’t exactly have to answer the phone you know!

*Sigh*

I seriously need a vacation.

I finally got a hold of one of our friends last night who Hubby was supposed to meet up with yesterday. When I hadn’t heard from any of them by nightfall I started to wonder if something had gone wrong, and that’s why they didn’t meet Hubby.

I went back through my texts to find out the times I’d heard from everyone. My friend text me at noon telling me she was on the dragon. At 12:56 Hubby text me from the top of the dragon to tell me he was riding 1 more time and coming home. That’s also when he told me he hadn’t seen any of our friends. To me, that just wasn’t right. Unless something happened he’d been there for a full hour and 1/2 waiting on them riding back and forth on his own. He would have at least passed them.

So worrying me text her at 9pm last night to see if she was home yet since I had been told they’d be loading up to head home around 5pm. No reply. At midnight last night my friend text me to say they were loading up and leaving. That was a full 12 hours where I didn’t know what was going on with my texts and hubby’s being ignored.

Now it pisses me off even more because I know nothing went wrong. If someone went down or something happened I could understand ditching him, but the fact that nothing did happen means there’s no excuse why he rode 2 1/2 hours up there after they begged him only for them to not show.

We normally plan our Gap trips around her days off, but not again. If she’s going to be that way I’m not going out of my way to accommodate her schedule.

Good God hubby is driving me absolutely fucking insane tonight!  He’s only been home for a couple hours now, and he’s already on the verge of sleeping in the dog house.  Hell the dog doesn’t even sleep in the dog house…he sleeps in my bed!

He’s such an idiot.  Seriously do you want to know HOW big of an idiot he is?

Hubby’s great at building computers, but after all the parts are put together he doesn’t know what to do with anything.  He leaves everything up to me, and he sticks with only knowing how to load and play his games.  Seriously I show him how to login to his gmail at least once every couple weeks.

Tonight he started having trouble with his microphone in teamspeak.  I told him two weeks ago his mic was cutting in and out.  It’s a short in the wire somewhere, but stubborn as he is he didn’t listen to me.  I know these things.  I tested it for fuck’s sake!  The wire has a friggin’ short…listen to me hubby!

So tonight I walk into the room just in time to see him letting some random guy on teamspeak remotely connect to his computer.  I flipped the hell out.  First of all, this isn’t one of his normal teamspeak/shoot ‘em gaming buddies.  It’s just some random guy on a random BF2 server that has been telling him what *might* be wrong with his mic tonight.  Duh, it’s got a fucking short in it!  Listen to me!

Nooooo instead he lets this guy not only remotely connect to him…he lets the guy walk him through the process of re-enabling remote connections since of course I had remote connection disabled.

So ok, the guy didn’t release the hounds of hell on the pc or anything, but the point is I had it turned off for a reason.  If anyone is going to remotely connect to any of my computers it’s going to be someone that I know and trust.  You don’t just let some random person you’ve talked to for an hour or so on teamspeak run around your computer especially when you don’t even know what the hell a remote connection is in the first place.

*Slaps hubby*

Hubby doesn’t know what he’s in for.  His pc has been offline for a couple months now because our router died.  When I get seriously pissed off at him I just disconnect him from the router, and he doesn’t know how to set things back up.  *evil grin*  I think I see his Ethernet cable performing a disappearing act tomorrow while he’s at work!

Sheesh. It is isn’t bad enough that someone lied to me about my Blazer being ready for paint, when I got there I was lied to again. I got out of the truck and was greeted by a guy who works in the shop. He asked if he could help me with anything, and I said I need to pick up my paperwork on my green Blazer. He said honey the only green Blazer sitting here is mine, and he pointed to his. He said they had a white one in the back.

Oh hell no. I started steaming. I walked into the office, found Wayne the owner and laid into him. He said “honey don’t believe anything he tells you. Yours is in the back.”

Sure enough my Blazer was in the back, but explain to me how one of the two guys that works in the shop didn’t know it was there, sitting up on the lift. I walked in the back to see it, and the guy started apologizing swearing he really didn’t know it was there.

All that really matters right now is that I know what’s going on, I know what’s getting fixed, how much it’s costing the insurance company, and that I’ll have it back by the end of next week.

I’m too mentally drained to worry about it anymore.
